Pakistan Army Violates Truce on LoC with 'Unprovoked Shelling'
The Pakistan Army on Sunday turned to ridiculous shelling and shooting on Indian positions on hold of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri and Poonch locale, experts said.
Barrier Ministry representative, Lt Col Manish Mehta revealed to IANS that the Pakistanis utilized 2-inch mortars and automatics at Rajouri's Bhimber Ghali segment and Balakot in Poonch.
The shelling and discharging began in Bhimber Ghali at 4am and proceeded till 6am, while in Balakot, it started at 6 am and finished at 6:45 am. [...] Our troops reacted befittingly.
The authority said no setback or harm was accounted for on the Indian side.
